Our Mission
We exist to help lead people to encounter Jesus, experience life change, and follow Him passionately.
Our Vision

WORSHIP GOD
To worship both corporately in a large gathering and privately alone with God.

AUTHENTICITY
We are a real place with real people. You can come as you are, without fear of being judged or condemned.

LIFE TRANSFORMATION
Everything that we do is to help people say yes to Jesus and experience life change.

SERVICE
To volunteer time and talent to strengthen the church and serve the community.

MAKE DISCIPLES
To equip and encourage each other to follow God passionately and impact others.

Our Beliefs

GOD

God is the Creator of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

JESUS CHRIST

Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to earth, lived a sinless life, and became the perfect sacrifice by dying on the cross for the sins of all people. He then rose from the dead, demonstrating His power over sin and death, and returned to heaven.

HOLY SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every believer from the moment of salvation.

THE BIBLE

The Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit of God to write the very words of Scripture. Therefore, we believe the Bible is the ultimate source of truth and is without error.

PEOPLE

God created humans, both male and female, in His perfect image. All people, regardless of who they are or what they’ve done, are separated from God by sin until they have placed their faith in Jesus Christ.

SALVATION

The blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. Therefore, God freely offers salvation to those who place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin.

BAPTISM

Baptism is a public proclamation of faith and new life in Jesus Christ. It is an outward public testimony of an inward invisible transformation.

Throughout his many moves in the military, Steve actively served in various leadership roles in several churches both overseas and in the United States.

One of Steve’s favorite life verses is John 7:37 – …Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink.”

MATT ADLER – WORSHIP

Matt Adler is a singer/songwriter, worship leader, and record producer in San Antonio, TX.   He and his wife, Bonnie, were married in 2021 and Matt began serving at Impact in early 2023.

Matt is an incredible talent. He has released multiple albums as a solo artist over the last decade. His latest release, Collective Worship, is a corporate, vertical worship album for the church. This album is a collection of polished studio songs and authentic, raw, live recordings of worshipers from across the region. His songs range from adoration to lament, joy to desperation, faithfulness to faithlessness, all within the context of both original music and reimaginings of old hymns.
